Fort Worth Home Sales Return to Pre-2008 Sales Records
EXCITING news for Fort Worth area home buyers and sellers alike! Our local housing market has finally returned to it's pre-2008 sales records. Inventory is currently low in many areas and for the last few years many home seller's have been waiting for the day when they could step out and confidently list their homes for sale hoping to be rewarded for their patience. It's now 2013 and that day has finally arrived! This is also great news for home buyers because interest rates are still historically low and with the new record sales data to encourage us all the inventory for sale will likely increase, resulting in more choices for home buyers in today's market.
